RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br />FOR <br />RUTH ROYSTER <br />WHEREAS, Ruth Royster on July 1, 1994, was appointed by the Orange County Board <br />of Commissioners to the Board of .Health, and <br />WHEREAS, Ruth Royster has served more than two terms as a member of the Orange <br />County's Board of Health in an exemplary mianner, giving freely and <br />unselfishly of her tire, talents and boundless energy for the <br />improvement of the County's health programs and facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, Through her efforts Ruth Royster has earned the respect and esteem of <br />all government officials and citizens of Orange County, and <br />WHEREAS, Ruth Royster has determined that it is now time for her to channel her <br />efforts toward a new career, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />through its members doses Carey, Jr., Alice M. Gordon, Stephen H. <br />Halkiotis, Verla C. Insko and Don Willhoit does hereby express its <br />sincere appreciation and gratitude to Ruth Royster for her efforts on <br />behalf of the people of Orange County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be presented to Ruth Royster and a <br />copy of said resolution be included in the minutes of this meeting of <br />the Orange County Board of Commissioners this the 1st day of April, <br />1991. <br />Stephen H.
