RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br />FOR <br />ALLEN ROSMAN <br />WHEREAS. Allen Rosman on April 19, 19$8, was appointed by the Orange County <br />Board of Co- immissioners to the Board of Health, and <br />WHEREAS, Allen Rosman has served approximately three years as a member of the <br />Oran. -e County's Board of Health in an exemplary manner, UiviiiC freely <br />and unselfishly of his time, talents and boundless energy for the <br />J- provement of the County's health programs and facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, Through his efforts Allen Rosman has earned the respect and esteem of <br />all the government officials and citizens of Orange County, and <br />WHEREAS, Allen Rosman is now residing outside of Orange County, and <br />:SOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />through its ::embers Moses Carey, Jr., Alice M. Gordon, Stephen H. <br />Halkiotis, Verla C. Insko and Don Willhoit does hereby express its <br />sincere appreciation and gratitude to Allen Rosman for his efforts on <br />behalf of the people of Orange County. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be presented to Allen Rosman with <br />best wishes in the years to come. A copy of said resolution shall be <br />included in the minutes of this meeting of the Orange County Board of <br />Com�:issioners this the lst day of April, 1991. <br />Stephen H.
