Proposed Historic Preservation Ordinance <br />No presentation required. <br />A copy of the abstract information is an <br />attachment to these minutes on pages <br />A copy of the ordinance is on file in the <br />Planning Department. <br />Waddell expressed concern with the rights of <br />property owners who own property within areas <br />that might become designated historic districts. <br />MOTION: Burklin moved adoption of the Historic <br />Preservation Ordinance. Seconded by Eddleman. <br />VOTE: 4 in favor. (Cantrell left the meeting at 9:30 <br />p.m. prior to this vote.) <br />1 opposed (Waddell - concern already noted). <br />2 abstained (new members). <br />AGENDA ITEM #11: PLANNING BOARD ITEMS <br />a. Request for New Directional Signs along I -85 <br />Eidenier noted that a response was received <br />from Mr. Dwight Kelly, DOT Division Traffic <br />Engineer on February 22, 1991 which denied both <br />requests. Mr. Kelly felt that existing signage <br />for the park was adequate and that a truck route <br />designation was not necessary. <br />b. Proposed FY 1991 -92 Planning Department Budget <br />Since printed information was available prior to <br />the Planning Board meeting, no presentation was <br />required. <br />Eidenier asked if there is anything the Planning <br />Board can do about the projected overtime of 150 <br />hours which has been included in the workload <br />
