MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Insko to approve the minutes for the Public Hearing on <br />Proposed Legislation held January 31, 1991. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by Commissioner <br />Willhoit to approve the minutes for the quarterly Public Hearing held <br />February 25, 1991 <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner <br />Willhoit to approve the minutes for the regular meeting held March 4, <br />1991 as corrected. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner <br />Insko to approve the minutes for the special meeting held March 5, 1991. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner <br />Insko to approve the minutes for the joint meeting with Chapel Hill held <br />March 6, 1991 as presented. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION - NONE <br />XIV.
