4 <br />In addition to the information required by Subsection 8.2 and <br />8.8, the following shall be submitted as part of the <br />application: <br />a) A site plan showing all existing or proposed buildings, <br />tee areas, lawn areas, distances to nearest residential <br />structures, and all other requirements as indicated in <br />Subsection 14.2. <br />b) Access road(s) to the site, as well as on -site parking <br />and roads, with an indication of type of proposed <br />surface. <br />8.8.6.2 Standards of Evaluation <br />The following specific standards shall be used in deciding on <br />an application for this use: <br />a) Unless public sewer is proposed to be extended, the <br />adequacy for the method of sewage disposal will be <br />determined by the lot size and soil suitability. <br />Appropriate letters from the orange County Environmental <br />Health Department, local jurisdictions and /or the State <br />Division of Environmental Management shall be submitted <br />to indicate preliminary approval. <br />b) The landscape plan shall show how the facilities will be <br />screened from the adjacent properties. A Type D 50 foot <br />buffer, as indicated in Section 12.6.1, shall be <br />observed around-the perimeter of the property. This <br />buffer shall be located outside of the required <br />dimensional area indicated in d. below. <br />C) The site plan, as required in Section 8.8 „ shall be <br />reviewed by the Orange County Recreation and Parks <br />Director. <br />d) The depth of a range along the driving axis shall be not <br />less than three hundred fifty (350) yards measured from <br />the locations of the tees and the breadth not less than <br />two hundred (200) yards at a distance of three hundred <br />fifty (350) yards from the tees. <br />e) One parking space per tee and one parking space per <br />employee shall be provided. <br />f) <br />Be as flet to <br />g) Service to customers shall be halted and f eed "'r1" is <br />at dRsk.
