I have walked this area, also, <br />and find that public access from the proposed Remington Run <br />cul-de -sac via a natural drainage easement is adequate. If the <br />drainage easement is to be a constructed improvement (ditching, <br />rip -rap, etc.) a minimum of thirty feet (on either side of such <br />an improvement would be necessary for our access purposes. It <br />appears this would widen the narrow strip that would be deeded to <br />Orange County in that case. <br />The Orange County Recreation & Parks Advisory Council will review <br />the preliminary plan at their next scheduled monthly meeting on <br />Tuesday, March 5, 1991 and will forward to you any additional comments/ <br />questions they may have. <br />MAB /pbl <br />Offices located at 300 W.
