We apologize for the delay preparing these comments. <br />in general staff felt that more information was needed on both <br />preliminar plans. <br />Staff had ithe following comments for the Crescent Ridge proposal: <br />1. It is suggested that impervious surface calculations be <br />show for each lot. <br />2. SeptilC areas should also be shown for each lot. <br />3. How d6es the joint driveway proposed for lot 17 affect the <br />..mperIIOUs surface calculations for that lot and lots 16, 18 <br />19? <br />4. Are there any recreation /open space requirements for this <br />proposal? <br />(� Staff had a following comments for the Brittany Creek proposal: <br />1. Note references lot 12, however lot 12 is not shown. <br />2. 1s th re a stream buffer requirement for the branch of the <br />creek that runs through lots a & 9? <br />3. Shoull the Greek that is located to the south of the <br />grope ty have a floodplain shown? <br />4. Will lot 1,s septic field be included in 5w4 & 5 -S or-will <br />it have its own field? <br />
