The Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan <br />designation is Rural Residential. Adjacent land <br />uses are residential and undeveloped. It is <br />located in the Chapel Hill school district. <br />The total acreage of the tract is 63 acres. <br />Nineteen (19) new lots are proposed to be served' <br />= - - - .:: _ _ :- : .:_ .. <br />by a new public road and by individual wells and <br />septic tanks. The average lot size is 3.19' <br />acres. The majority of the tract is wooded and <br />contains areas of .steep slopes., - The steepest <br />slopes range from twelve percent to almost <br />twenty -five percent. <br />Road construction plans have been submitted for <br />Crescent Drive which indicate that the topography <br />- -�_: <br />along the road is not as severe.
