The plan must be submitted and approved before any clearing <br />or grading begins. <br />The proposed subdivision meets the Ordinance requirements regard- <br />ing stormwater runoff by creating large lots, the added imper- <br />vious surface on each lot will be a small portion of the lot <br />area, and a buffer of vegetation will be retained around the <br />perimeter of each lot to filter and absorb runoff. <br />
