We apologize for <br />the delay n preparing these comments. <br />in general staff felt that more information was needed on both <br />preliminarV plans. <br />Staff had the following comments for the Crescent Ridge proposal: <br />1. It is suggested that impervious surface calculations be <br />shown for each lot. <br />2. Septic areas should also be shown for each lot. <br />3. How does the joint driveway proposed for lot 17 affect the <br />imperIxous surface calculations for that lot and lots 16, 18 <br />& 19? <br />4. Are there any recreation /open space requirements for this <br />proposal? <br />Staff had the following comments.for the Brittany Creek proposal: <br />1. - -Note 4 references lot 12, however lot 12 is not shown. <br />2. Is th re a stream buffer requirement.for the branch of the <br />creek that runs through lots 8 & 9? <br />3, Shoull the creek that is located to the south of the <br />prope ty have a floodplain shown? <br />4. Will ot 7's septic field be included in S -4 & S -5 or-will <br />it ha a its own field? <br />
