The applicant has located eleven <br />of the 2 -acre lots so that most of the runoff <br />generated on those lots will not reach University <br />Lake. The majority of lots in the ULW portion of the <br />tract are five acres in size. <br />Approximate house and driveway locations are shown as <br />required for lots where the buildable portion of the <br />lot is in the watershed. Maximum impervious surface <br />allotments are listed for lots with any significant <br />area in the ULW district. <br />Lots 17 and 18 are permitted as flag lots due to the <br />topography and the location of sites for sewage <br />disposal for lots 16, 18, and 19. Lots 17 and 18•will <br />have access restricted to a joint driveway in order to <br />minimize disturbance. The impervious surface of the <br />joint driveway will be divided between the two lots <br />that uses it.
