This plan is <br />re- evaluated annually to include year -to -year changes in <br />priorities, needs, and available resources. <br />The Board of Commissioners received the proposed plan at their meeting <br />on February 4th. A worksession was held on February 19th with <br />follow -up discussion on March 4th. The public hearing was held on <br />March 20. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt the 1991 -96 Capital Improvements Plan. <br />
