We received plans and <br />specifications from a general contractor who was bidding the job. <br />Unfortunately, they neglected to furnish us with the section of the <br />specifications containing the professional test and balance <br />requirements and the motorized damper requirements. Therefore, we <br />did not include these items in our original bid of TWENTY ONE <br />THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY TWO DOLLARS AND 001100 ($21,442.00). <br />in view of these circumstances, we respectfully request to withdraw <br />our original H.V.A.C. bid. <br />if permissible, we would lake to submit a new bid, as per plans and <br />specifications, of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00/100 <br />($29,000.00). <br />Please advise me of your decision as soon as possible. <br />Sincerely, <br />Richard J: Babcock <br />President <br />RJB /v j n <br />
