GOAL - COMPUTERIZATION OF HUMAN SERVICES. <br />OBJECTIVE <br />To upgrade current system of maintaining and sharing <br />client information. <br />PLAN OF ACTION <br />A. Develop a Master Client Index (MCI) with the assistance <br />of the UNC School of Social Work Human Services <br />Research and Design Laboratory. <br />1.', Assess existing county human services computer January 1991 <br />network. <br />2. Draft final report with recommendations for March 1991 <br />implementation. <br />GOAL - REVIEW THE COUNTY MINIMUM HOUSING CODE (MHC). <br />To strengthen the Minimum Housing Code Ordinance and <br />Enforcement Program. <br />PLAN OF ACTION <br />A. Meet with the HSAC to determine their initial January 1991 <br />concerns /issues related to the MHC. <br />B. Review the present ordinance provisions and February - <br />enforcement procedures. Research other N.C. March 1991 <br />jurisdictions' enforcement programs. <br />C. Make recommendations to the HSAC based on results of April 1991 <br />research and local experience. <br />D.
