Following approval of the contract a Notice to Proceed <br />will be issued with a commencement date of April 1. The project is <br />scheduled for completion by mid - November. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve contract for construction of 911 Expansion to <br />Trout and Riggs Construction Company, Inc., for a sum of $276,400; and <br />authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
