EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Insko to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss <br />property /site acquisition and a personnel matter. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by <br />Chairman Carey to adjourn the Executive Session and to reconvene into <br />Regular Session. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XIV. ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further items to consider, motion was made by <br />Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Chairman Carey to adjourn this <br />meeting.
