_i <br />1 <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING JOINT PLANNING PUBLIC HEARING DATES (91- <br />3-4/R-9) <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill is a party to a Joint Planning <br />Agreement with Carrboro and Orange County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Joint Planning Agreement calls for Joint Public <br />Hearings to consider changes to the Agreement, and to the Land Use <br />Plan and zoning for the Joint Planning Area;. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel <br />Hill that the Council requests that such Joint Public Hearings with <br />the Carrboro Board of Aldermen and the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners be scheduled for May l or May 2, 1991, and for <br />October 10 or 24, 1991, at 7:30 p.m., at a location to be <br />determined and published. <br />This the 4th day of March, 1991. <br />3 <br />
