Draft final report with recommendations for <br />March 1991 <br />implementation. <br />GOAL - REVIEW THE COUNTY MINIMUM HOUSING CODE (MHC). <br />OBJECTIVE <br />To strengthen the Minimum Housing Code Ordinance and <br />Enforcement Program. <br />PLAN OF ACTION <br />A. Meet with the HSAC to determine their initial <br />January 1991' <br />concerns /issues related to the MHC. <br />B. Review the present ordinance provisions and <br />February - <br />March 1991 <br />enforcement procedures. Research other N.C. <br />jurisdictions' enforcement programs. <br />C. Make recommendations to the HSAC based on results of <br />April. 1991 <br />research and local experience. <br />D. HSAC make MHC recommendations to the BOCC. <br />May 1991 <br />
