Williams Durham 688 -7331 <br />Mebane 227 -2031 <br />Chapel Hill 968 -4501 <br />PURPOSE: To request the Board of County Commissioners <br />to make written demand for payment of civil <br />penalties for zoning violations in one case <br />and to rescind demand for payment of civil <br />penalties in another. <br />BACKGROUND: Floyd S. and Margaret Earhardt of 5705 Old <br />Greensboro Road in the Wildcat Creek Com- <br />munity have been assessed civil penalties by <br />the Planning and Inspections Department be- <br />ginning on February 18, 1991. <br />Howard and Rebecca D. Williams of 2711 Buck - <br />horn Road in the Buckhorn Community were <br />sent a demand for payment of civil penalties <br />by the Board of County Commissioners on No- <br />vember 8, 1990. However, violations were <br />corrected by January 8,.1991. <br />
