Exhibit H <br />36 <br />AN ACT ADDING ORANGE COUNTY TO THOSE COUNTIES <br />AUTHORIZED, BY CHAPTER 651 OF THE 1989 <br />SESSION LAWS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF <br />NORTH .CAROLINA TO REGULATE TRESPASSING TO <br />HUNT OR FISH ON PRIVATE LANDS BY LOCAL ORDINANCE <br />The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: <br />Section 1. Orange County is hereby added to those <br />counties authorized by Chapter 651 of the 1989 Session Laws to <br />regulate the entering of private lands to hunt or fish, or with the <br />intent to hunt or fish. <br />Section 2. This act applies only to Orange County. <br />Section 3. This act is effective upon ratification. <br />�I <br />n <br />
