The staff understands that the Board is
interested in more discussion concerning this matter,
which would occur in a forum involving members of the
hunting community. The legislation proposed, however,
is not self- executing. An ordinance will be required
to accomplish its purposes. Whether to enact an
ordinance and its scope can be the subject of these
future discussions.
