From the standpoint of <br />safety, I don't believe'a person with a fishing pole and a tackle <br />box is likely to do anyone much harm. However, not having a pond <br />I do not have first hand knowledge of what kind of problems they <br />might present to the landowner so perhaps should not address the <br />matter at all. <br />
