N.C. State Budget, 1991 -93: Summary of Recommendations <br />DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND NATURAL RESOURCES - Continued <br />Further Adjustments to the Continuation Budget: <br />1. Land Records Management Program <br />It is recommended that funding for the Land <br />Records Management Program be eliminated, <br />thereby reducing appropriations by $789,374 <br />each year of the biennium.
