This is <br />the procedure we need to follow. <br />1) Mail a resolution from the Commissioners to: Richard B. <br />Hamilton. Assistant Director. N. C. wildlife Resources <br />Commission, c.12 North Sal1sbury Street.Archdale B1dG.. <br />Raleigh, NC 27604 -1188. with a letter tell ing him that we <br />are in the 11:00 group and want to be moved to the 1/2 after <br />sunset croup. <br />2) It is then sent to Capta.n Ba�:er (or Bill Lester) who orde- <br />an investigative report which will determine it we nave a <br />problem with this issue. <br />S Report �s received at the next wildlife Resources -Commission <br />meeting (hopefully 3rd Thurs. in r.pril) and it is sent to the <br />Administrative Rules Review Commission. <br />4) HdminiS.rative Rules Review Commission meets on the r <br />Thursday of month. If they ru ie in our favor at their May <br />meeting t!-�e new time would go inte effect on July 1st. <br />Th;s nformation came from Gail Moser who is the <br />Adm ristrative Assistant in the Director's office.
