12 <br />1. <br />To review identified Capital Projects as prepared by the <br />two school systems that cannot be funded through present <br />pay -as- you -go resources. <br />2. <br />After assessing their critical importance to the County's <br />future, provide recommendation to the Board of <br />Commissioners as to priority of these projects for <br />funding. <br />3. <br />Recommend-to the Board of Commissioners a schedule for <br />funding these projects to include timeframes for future <br />bond issues. <br />4. <br />Recommend the amounts of funding that should be generated <br />for these projects. <br />5. <br />Recommend the appropriate combination of revenue sources <br />to include pay -as- you -go funds, bond revenues, impact <br />fees /taxes, or other sources. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />The Board agreed that the second phase of this study would <br />address County department needs. <br />I. 1991 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' GOALS <br />Postponed to the March 20, 1991 meeting. <br />J. APPOINTMENTS <br />Motion was made by Chairman Carey seconded by Commissioner <br />Gordon to appoint Richard T.
