GOAL - COMPUTERIZATION OF HUMAN SERVICES. <br />OBJECTIVE <br />To upgrade current system of maintaining and sharing <br />client information. <br />PLAN OF ACTION <br />A. Develop a Master Client Index (MCI) with the assistance <br />of the UNC School of Social Work Human Services <br />Research and Design Laboratory. <br />1. Assess existing county human services computer <br />network. <br />2. Evaluate and design hardware. <br />3. Evaluate and design software specifications. <br />4. Evaluate system cost. <br />5. Draft final report with recommendations for <br />implementation. <br />GOAL - REVIEW THE COUNTY MINIMUM HOUSING CODE (MHC). <br />OBJECTIVE <br />To.strengthen the Minimum Housing Code Ordinance and <br />Enforcement Program. <br />PLAN OF ACTION <br />A. Meet with the HSAC to determine their initial <br />concerns /issues related to the MHC. <br />B. Review the present ordinance provisions and <br />enforcement procedures. Research other N.C. <br />jurisdictions' enforcement programs. <br />C. Make recommendations to the HSAC based on results of <br />research and local experience. <br />D.
