(Land acquisition specifically <br />mentioned.) <br />Parks: Complete Efland- Eheeks, Fairview, and Bingham parks in 5 years. <br />Extended Priority: Build or implement beyond the 5 year CIP. <br />Central Human Services Complex: Complete in 10 years or less. <br />Parks: Take the rest of the 5 year proposal and complete in 10 years or less. <br />Landfill: Acquire land for a new landfill in years 6 - 10 of the CIP. <br />Orange County Schools: Build a new elementary School in year 6 of the CIP. <br />
