Year one of CIP as proposed <br />Chapel Hill /Carrboro School Projects: Begin in year one of CIP, complete <br />as per the proposed CIP. <br />Orange County School Projects: Begin in year one of CIP, complete as <br />per the proposed CIP. <br />Reservoir land acquisition: Add to the CIP, and begin in year 1 of the CIP. <br />High Priority: Build or implement ahead of the proposed CIP schedule. <br />County Office Building: (Tax and Records Building): Complete by 1991. <br />Moderate Priority: Build or implement within the 5 year CIP program. <br />Pools: Build one at each high school within 5 years. <br />Remapping and Computer Aided Dispatch Equipment: Follow CIP and acquire <br />in 1 - 5 year time period. <br />Southern Human Services Complex: Complete in 5 years of less. <br />Animal Shelter: Follow CIP and use some private dollars to complete. <br />Public Works Facility and Vehicles: Follow CIP proposal and complete in <br />4 years. Purchase vehicles in 3 years. <br />911 Center: Complete expansion in year 5 instead of year 3 of the CIP. <br />Multifaceted Agricultural Center: Rework and clarify concept, and include <br />in years 4 - 5 of the CIP. (Land acquisition specifically <br />mentioned.) <br />Parks: Complete Efland- Eheeks, Fairview, and Bingham parks in 5 years. <br />Extended Priority: Build or implement beyond the 5 year CIP. <br />Central Human Services Complex: Complete in 10 years or less. <br />Parks: Take the rest of the 5 year proposal and complete in 10 years or less. <br />Landfill: Acquire land for a new landfill in years 6 - 10 of the CIP. <br />Orange County Schools: Build a new elementary School in year 6 of the CIP. <br />
