To review identified Capital Projects as prepared <br />by the two school systems and County Departments <br />that cannot be funded through present pay- as -you- <br />go resources. <br />2. After assessing their critical importance to the <br />County's future, provide recommendation to the <br />Board of Commissioners as to priority of these <br />projects for funding. <br />3. Recommend to the Board of Commissioners a schedule <br />for funding these projects to include timeframes <br />for future bond issues. <br />4. Recommend the amounts of funding that should be <br />generated for these projects. <br />5. To recommend the appropriate combination of <br />revenue sources to include pay -as- you -go funds <br />bond revenues, impact fees /taxes, on other <br />sources. <br />
