a <br />STAE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />EXERCISE OF LEASE OPTION <br />Under the terms of a lease dated October 4, 1985, between <br />i.W. and Patrician Ann French d /b /a/ Carr Mill Mall and the <br />County of Orange, pursuant to Section 1 of attached lease <br />(exhibit A), the County chooses to exercise the second two - <br />year option for the leased premises known as Suite 225, Carr <br />Mill Mall; said option to commence on November 1, 1990 and <br />shall end on October 31, 1992. <br />Section 1, TERM OF LEASE, is hereby modified to allow <br />Lessee to exercise a one --year option, extending lease <br />through October 31, 1993.
