The parcel contains 32 . 76 acres and is located <br /> southeast of the intersection of I-40 and Old Chapel Hill- <br /> Hillsborough Road. The property fronts on both Interstate 40 <br /> and Old Chapel Hill-Hillsborough Road (Old 86) . <br /> The amendment proposal has been submitted by property owners <br /> Robert Ayers and Harold Harris . The amendment requests a <br /> change in classification for this property on the <br /> Hillsborough and Chapel Hill Township components of the <br /> Orange County Comprehensive Plan, Land Use Element.
