All minor improvements applications <br /> approved by the Planning and Inspections Department shall be <br /> forwarded to the Commission in time for its next scheduled <br /> meeting. No application may be denied without the formal <br /> action of the Commission. <br /> G.S.160A-400.9 permits the review and approval of minor <br /> improvements by an administrative official.
