Article 20.7 of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance requires the Board of Commissioners to await <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Board or the passage of 60 <br /> days, which ever occurs first. This provision has been <br /> amended to require the Board of Commissioners to await the <br /> recommendation of the Commission. The Planning Board <br /> recommendation will have already been prepared and submitted <br /> to the Commission. <br />
