COMMENTARY.• This major revision to the Ordinance allows an applicant's past performance and compliance record to be taken into account when considering an application for erosion control plan approval. 19. Erosion Control Plan Available On Site A copy of the approved Erosion Control Plan and any amendments and required revisions shall be kept on the job site at all times.
