J .. <br />A <br />The recommended cross section is a four -lane divided section <br />with two, 24 -foot pavements and a 46 -foot median width on a 200 - <br />foot right -of -way. All widening would be accomplished on the north <br />side, and 48 residences and businesses would have to be relocated. <br />If staging of the project occurs, Section C would be the second <br />phase. No time period for the construction of Section C is cited, <br />but the total project is to begin in 1991, provided funding is <br />available. <br />All interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing an <br />be heard.
