These are <br />incorporated in the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance in the <br />Ordinance Book in the Clerk's office. <br />F. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT - DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY <br />COMMITTEE <br />To approve a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Article <br />2.4.2.1 which deletes any role for the Development Advisory <br />Committee in the issuance of Stop Work orders. This was presented <br />for public hearing on December 11, 1990 and the Planning Board <br />recommended approval at their meeting held on January 28, 1991. <br />This text amendment is incorporated in the Zoning Ordinance that <br />is in the Ordinance Book in the Clerk's office. <br />G. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT - PWIT W CA DISTRICT <br />INTENT <br />To approve the Zoning ordinance Text Amendment to Article <br />4.2.27 PWII District Intent and Article 4.2.28 WQCA District Intent <br />which corrects a technical discrepancy between the Zoning Ordinance <br />and Zoning Atlas and provides consistency in the wording. This was <br />presented for public hearing on December 11, 1990 and the Planning <br />Board recommended approval at their meeting held on January 28, <br />1991.
