Assignment of House & Building Numbers <br />(1) Rural Routes 2,3,5,6, and 7 - Mebane <br />Eidenier stated that this is the last of the <br />assigning of the rural routes. <br />b. Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br />(1) CP -1 -91 Robert Ayers & Harold Harris <br />Stancil stated that the property is located at <br />the intersection of Old 86 and I -40 on the <br />southeast quadrant. The applicants are looking <br />for a land use plan designation of commercial <br />activity node for 33 acres. They have indicated <br />a possible desire for pursuing an office park on <br />that site. Stancil stated that this would <br />involve a primary plan amendment which could onlj <br />be heard at the February public hearing. <br />Property owners will be notified in the next two <br />weeks and an analysis of the proposal will be <br />prepared. <br />Best asked if the EDC had mentioned that the <br />Office Institutional is something that the c <br />is in need of. <br />Stancil stated that the Target Advisory Committe <br />has not ruled that out as of yet. He stated tha <br />this committee had talked about identifying site <br />in the county and this is one site that will be <br />looked at. <br />Best asked about the water line from Chapel Hill <br />
