2 <br />It is proposed that the existing lease be extended for a period of <br />three years, with expiration on January 31, 1994. The leasing agent <br />has maintained last year's lease rate ($13,230 /year) with a five <br />percent (5 %) increase proposed for year two and year three. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the lease through. January 31, 1994 with SAD <br />Realty Corporation; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the <br />Board. <br />
