STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />EXERCISE OF <br />LEASE OPTION <br />Under the terms of a lease dated October 4, 1985, <br />between J.W. and Patrician Ann French d /b /a/ Carr <br />Mill Mall and the,County of Orange, pursuant to <br />Section 1 of attached lease (exhibit A), the County <br />chooses to exercise the second two -year option for <br />the leased premises known as Suite 225, Carr Mill <br />Mall; said option to commence on November 1, 1990 <br />and shall and on October 31, 1992. <br />Section 1, TERM OF LEASE, is hereby- modified to <br />allow Lessee to exercise a one -year option, <br />extending lease through October 31, 1993.
