The period of performance for allowable costs <br />incurred against the subject project agreement is from October 11, <br />1991 to September 30, 1992. <br />The enclosed invoicing forms should be used in preparing <br />requests for reimbursement. It will not be necessary to submit other <br />documentation with the invoices since the County is currently <br />reporting under the requirements of OMB Circular A -128. A copy of <br />the County's year end audit report should be forwarded to this office <br />after completion, but no later than one year after the audit period <br />ends. <br />Please identify this project using Project No. 92 -18 -044 and <br />Work Orders 9.9043300 and 9.9050895 on all correspondence. If you <br />have any questions regarding the contract, requests for reimbursement <br />or related matters, please contact me directly.
