19 <br />EDUCATION <br />OBJECTIVES <br />1. Continue with present approach to funding current expense for <br />next fiscal year. <br />2. Both school boards review in further detail the remaining <br />viable options for school equity funding. County and school staff <br />continue working together. <br />3. Staff to study which functions are in recurring capital <br />budget, and which are in CIP. Will work with two <br />superintendents and make recommendations. <br />4. Staff to make general recommendations in January 1991 -1996 <br />CIP on timing of bond referendum to include school and county <br />priorities. <br />Page 18 <br />
