1 C� 1 <br />5. Passage Of Bond Order <br />The Bond Order should be adopted (Passed) after the public hearing. <br />upon adoption of the Order the Clerk must again publish it. The <br />publication must state the date of adoption and publication. It <br />must also contain a statement informing the Public that there is a <br />30 day period for any actions questioning the validity of the Order. <br />This is the final step that has to occur before the Bond Referen um <br />is out to vote. <br />According to the Local Government Commission, the entire process for a <br />voter approved, Bond Referendum should take a maximum of ninety (90) days. <br />This 90 day period includes preparation of the actual ballots as reaui ed <br />by the Board of Elections_ <br />I <br />r <br />
