The amount of the reduction is $2,546. <br />The Youth Task Force met in November and decided on the <br />following program reductions: Sheaffer House - $576; Planned <br />Parent -hood - $55; Dispute Settlement Center - $45; Goodbye <br />Cinderella - $20; OPC Drug Program - $35; Volunteers for Youth - <br />$30; Project Attend - $70; OPC Day Treatment - $60; OPC Respite - <br />$55; Adolescent Sex offenders - $1,600. The attached budget <br />amendment will reduce the 1990 -91 allocations to those agencies. <br />(2) At the August 21, 1990 meeting, the Board of Commissioners <br />approved a capital project ordinance authorizing the <br />appropriation of an additional $20,000 in County funding to <br />complete the Jail Renovation project. The attached technical <br />budget amendment will complete the transfer of $20,000 from fund <br />balance in the County Capital Reserve Fund to the Jail <br />Renovation project in the County Capital Projects Fund. <br />(3) At the February 4, 1991 meeting, the Board of Commissioners <br />authorized the an appropriation of $20,000 from Contingency for <br />an emergency allocation for the DSS Child Day Care Subsidy <br />Program. This amendment will appropriate these funds from the <br />Contingency account. <br />
