3 <br />EXISTING AND PROPOSED ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: <br />4.2.27 Protected Watershed II (PW -II) District <br />a) Intent <br />It is the intent of Orange County to regulate the uses <br />of land and structures in watersheds which drain to <br />reservoirs supplying drinking water to the people of <br />Orange County. . . . . <br />b) Application Criteria <br />The Protected Watershed II (PW -II) is established as a <br />district which overlays other zoning districts <br />established in this ordinance.. . . . <br />1. This district will be applied to the zoned <br />portions of sr.s; ue— r-s- ,-t-.:68ke, Cana eree'k a-1fei -fie <br />UPPea' Rae w=ater4-heds as land designated as <br />Water suRRlY Watershed on the Land Use Element of <br />the adapts Comprehensive Plan. <br />4.2.28 Water Quality Critical Area (WQCA) District <br />a) Intent <br />It is the intent of Orange County to regulate the uses <br />of land and structures in the portions of water supply <br />watersheds which are immediately adjacent to the water <br />supply impoundments.. . . <br />b) Application Criteria <br />The Water Quality Critical Area (WQCA) District is <br />established as a district which overlays other zoning <br />districts established in this ordinance.. . . . <br />1.
