Article 4.3 Permitted Uses (Camp /Retreat Centers) <br />11 <br />This item was presented to amend ARTICLE <br />.3 <br />12 <br />PERMITTED USE TABLE by adding "Camp /Retreat Centers" as a <br />use <br />13 <br />permitted in the Rural Buffer (RB), Agricultural - Residential (AR), <br />14 <br />and Rural Residential (R -1) zoning districts following the approval <br />15 <br />and issuance of a Class B Special Use Permit. <br />17 <br />e. Article 8.8 Special Uses (Camp /Retreat Centers) <br />18 <br />This item . was presented to amend ARTICLE <br />8.8 <br />19. <br />regulations governing individual special uses by adding a <br />new <br />20 <br />Article 8.8.5 Camp /Retreat Center which sets forth specific site <br />21 <br />plan and development standards applicable to camp /retreat centers. <br />22 <br />23 <br />f. Subdivision Regulations Text Amendments <br />38 <br />a. Section III- D--2 -e Application Requirements <br />39 <br />This presentation was made by Mary Scearbo. This item <br />40 <br />was presented to amend SECTION III -D -2 -e APPLICATION REQUIREME <br />TS <br />41 <br />by adding another factor which the Board of Commissioners <br />ay <br />42 <br />consider in determining whether or not to approve an amended <br />43 <br />phasing plan for a subdivision. The new provision would allow <br />44 <br />approval of an amended phasing plan if the time available <br />to <br />45 <br />install improvements (roads, etc.) was not extended. <br />46 <br />47 <br />THERE WERE NO COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS FROM THE BOARD <br />OF <br />48 <br />COMMISSIONERS, THE PLANNING BOARD OR CITIZENS. <br />49 <br />50 <br />Commissioner Gordon asked if the Four Birch Subdivision w <br />uld <br />51 <br />have been approved with this proposed amendment.
