INFORMATION CONTACT:T PAM - <br />JONES <br />FORM OF LEASE OPTION Telephone Number - <br />EXT 2650 <br />Hillsborough --732 -8181 <br />Chapel Hill - 967 -9251 <br />Mebane - 227 -2031 <br />Durham -688 -7331 <br />PURPOSE: To consider exercising a two year option on the lease for <br />the Health Clinic space at Carr Mill Mall, Carrboro, NC. <br />BACKGROUND: In March, 1979 Orange County leased 4136 square feet for <br />Medical Clinics and offices at Carr Mill Mall. The cost <br />was $26,884 per year. <br />In September, 1979, the County received grant funds from <br />the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to operate a primary <br />care dental clinic. An option to lease an additional 1444 <br />square feet of space was exercised in order to provide <br />space for the clinic.
