Commissioner Halkiotis to set a Public Hearing on the entire CIP <br />proposal. for March 20. It will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Board <br />Aoom at Lincoln Center in Chapel Hill. A final decision by the <br />Board on what items to include in the CIP will be made no sooner <br />than April 1. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />B. 1991 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS GOALS <br />This item was postponed to the March 4th meeting. <br />C. ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR COUNTY APPOINTED <br />BOARDS/COMMISSIONS <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Halkiotis to approve the program as presented in the <br />agenda abstract with an addition to the charge to formulate a <br />recognition program for those citizens going off a board cr <br />commission. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />D. ANNUAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARD COMPETITION (NACo) <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Insko, seconded by <br />Commissioner Gordon to approve the five entries as presented in the <br />agenda abstract for submission to NACo for their consideration of <br />an Annual Achievement Award. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XI. MINUTES - February 4, 1991 <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by <br />Commissioner Halkiotis to approve the minutes for the February 4, <br />1991 meeting as revised. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XIII.
