The Board of <br />Commissioners reviews proposals to be considered at <br />public hearing for consistency with general County <br />policy and presentation format. Items to be <br />considered at the February 25, 1991 public hearing <br />include the following: <br />1. Assignment of House and Building Numbers <br />a. Rural Routes 2,3,5,6, and 7 - Mebane <br />2. Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br />a. CP -1 -91 Robert Ayers & Harold Harris <br />b. CP -2 -91 Efland Area Study <br />3. Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments <br />a. Golf Driving Ranges <br />(1) Article 4.3 - Permitted Use Table <br />(2) Article 8.8 - Special Uses <br />4. Erosion Control Ordinance Text Amendments <br />5. Proposed Historic Preservation Ordinance <br />Approval of the notice will permit advertisement on <br />February 13 and 20, 1991 as required the N.C. <br />General Statutes. The proposed Comprehensive Plan <br />amendments will require notification of individual <br />property owners. The notice must be mailed on or <br />before February 8, 1991. <br />
