1 <br />EXTRACT FROM MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF 2 <br />COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE, NORTH CAROLINA <br />The-Board of Commissioners of the - County of Orange, North <br />Carolina (the "Board "), met in regular.session in the Superior <br />Courtroom of new Courthouse, 106 East Margaret Lane, <br />Hillsborough, North Carolina, the regular place of meeting at <br />7:30 p.m. on February 4, 1991 with <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Chairman <br />presiding. The following Commissioners were: <br />Action agenda item abstract number and its <br />attachments were presented to the Board for its consideration. <br />The following resolution was then presented for consideration by <br />the Board: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINANCING CONTRACT BETWEEN ORANGE <br />RURAL FIRE DEPARTMENT NO. 1, INC. AND CENTRAL CAROLINA BANK <br />WHEREAS, the Orange Rural Fire Department No. 1, Inc. has <br />represented to the Board of Commissioners of Orange County that <br />it needs a new fire truck more specifically described in action <br />agenda item abstract number ; and <br />
