The statute further states that the <br />governing body shall promptly initiate any action <br />necessary to bring jail facilities into conformity to <br />standards. Reports for the past several years are <br />enclosed for review, and indicate our compliance with <br />standards with the exception of overcrowded conditions <br />which will be addressed with the completion of the <br />additional cells, effective March 1. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Board of Commissioners should receive the reports. <br />No corrective action is required at this time. <br />
