M <br />S. Efland residents feel that preserving open <br />space and sites of community character are <br />important. <br />©The draft area study is scheduled to be presented <br />(J� Q to Efland residents and the Cheeks TAC at a <br />meeting to be held January 24 at Efland- Cheeks <br />School. <br />Pending revisions from this group, the area study <br />will then be finalized and presented for <br />preliminary review to the Planning Board on <br />February 20. This item is tentatively scheduled <br />to be heard at the February 27 public hearing. <br />Stancil stated that there have been seven <br />committee meetings to discuss the study. The <br />study was scheduled to be adopted by the Township <br />Advisory Council at the January 24th meeting, but <br />that meeting was cancelled. That meeting will be <br />rescheduled with a probable meeting date of <br />February 11th. He briefly went over the draft <br />study.
